According to Mike Yanega, it is included in Phil’s Photo book Homage to the Alphabet (1985). It also appears in New LetterGraphics Styles 1969. The Expresiv Photolettering font GonzalesJeanette is based on it. Bob Alonso made a digital version under the name Lorraine Script, which doesn’t include the original alternates (see the ‘r’, for example).
Phil’s Photo book also shows a Brandywine Bold, which is very similar to ITC Candice.
