“Today, I spent some time at a bookshop where I picked up a wonderful copyof the ‘The Triptych of the Three Kings’ by Felix Timmermans — in German. Printed by Insel-Bücherei in 1956 the entire book is set in Linotype Trajanus (1940) which was designed by the American Warren Chappell; an illustrator, as well as book and type designer. What a great found and I don’t think I will come across this kind of treasure ever again.” — Typeaffair
