Martin Wait’s Company was released by Letraset in 1978, followed in 1982 by the striped Transmission. In 1979, the technoid semi slab with Art Nouveau elements was used for the cover of Death’s Master (DAW #24). The fantasy novel by Tanith Lee is the second book in her series Tales from the Flat Earth. Company is used with tight letterspacing and its alternate mirrored H and round E. The cover art is by David Schleinkofer.

  1. “An epic tale of adult fantasy” may be in Spartan Condensed; the tips of the lowercase c are angled.
