   The author’s name is set in Rococo.

   VGC also had this face.

   Good catch, thank you! Added. Rococo can be seen as one of ITC Tiffany’s ancestors.

   Your sample with VGC’s glyph set didn’t come through for some reason. I’ll attach it below. Thanks for making a scan.

   The jacket design is by Rubin Pfeffer, with a photograph by Benn Mitchell. I’ve added the credit as well as more images, and adjusted the date: this is the first American edition, published by Harcourt in 1981.
