  3. I wanted to say custom. But on closer inspection, it looks like it’s based on Oil Can, with selectively adjusted proportions (narrower S, wider O) and finer hairlines, see this comparison:

    Peignot is indeed not too far off. See also Florida (and its various digital interpretations) for a similar Art Deco sans with contrast – and an O with all the weight on the left.
