Il Sole 24 Ore front pages

Il Sole 24 Ore is an Italian national daily business newspaper. CAST (Cooperativa Anonima Servizi Tipografici) was commissioned to design a sans serif to accompany Sole Serif, a newspaper typeface family by Luciano Perondi that likewise started out as a custom typeface for Il Sole 24 Ore in 2010. Designed by Perondi together with Riccardo Olocco, Sole Sans has been in use by the newspaper since 2018, alongside its seriffed sibling.
