Regular-Irregular is the first full-length album by NCT 127, the second sub-unit of South Korean boy band NCT (an acronym for Neo Culture Technology). A multi-genre concept album, its theme revolves around the exploration reality and dreams.

The album's creative direction, concept and design was created by MMBP & Associates and features an extensive use of NCT127 Regular. Meant to empower the in-flux nature of the group's structure, it is a custom typeface created for the album and its marketing collaterals by Carles Rodrigo. Key assets for the album were created by photographers Laurent Segretier and Back Seung Woo.

Marie Davidson’s new album turns the mirror on herself. Working Class Woman is the Montreal-based producer’s fourth and most self-reflective record: it’s a document of her state of mind, a reflection of the past year she’s spent living in Berlin, and a comment on the stresses and strains of operating within the spheres of dance music and club culture.

Melissa Matos from MMBP art directed the cover for Davidson’s latest album and the visual identity surrounding it: bonus booklet, tour posters, single records… Everything is tightly typeset in a light style of SangBleu OG Serif.

SangBleu OG Serif is part of the SangBleu OG typeface, available from Swiss Typefaces.

Theatrical one-sheet for Bong Joon Ho's Parasite (2019).

Parasite – original Korean title: 기생충 – is a 2019 South Korean dark comedy thriller directed by Bong Joon Ho (The Host, Mother, Okja, etc.). The typography on the poster and in the trailer uses classic centre-aligned and all caps typography with a twist (the Korean-language poster uses a literal ‘twist’ in the movie logo, see last image).

The movie logo is set in uppercase Gotham, customized with oldstyle serifs on various terminals. On the poster, the director and cast names are set in various weights of Gotham.
Near the top, the tagline “Misplaced Familyhood” is also set in all caps, using Garamond (it looks like it could be Garamond Premier Display).

The nicely animated reviews/blurbs throughout the trailer are set in loosely spaced Linotype Didot eText Italic along with the sources set in Gotham.

The billing block at the end is also set in varying sizes of Linotype Didot.
