This Greatest Hits album by The Crystals was released in 1975 by Phil Spector Records as volume 3 in the Phil Spector Wall of Sound series.

This record is a 1975 reissue of Zip-A-Dee Doo Dah, the only studio album by Bob B. Soxx and the Blue Jeans, originally released in 1963 by Philles Records. “Jimmy Baby” got replaced with “Not Too Young To Get Married” and the track order was rearranged. It was issued as the second volume of the nine LP “Wall of Sound” box set, completed in 1981.

This record with songs by the Ronettes was released in 1975 as the first volume of the nine LP “Wall Of Sound” box set, completed in 1981. Although titled “Greatest Hits”, it’s a re-release of the Ronettes’ first studio album from 1964, with a reproduction of the original cover, surrounded by photographs and newspaper clippings.

The band name is shown in Zebra. This innovative script has letterforms that are half solid and half shaded. Designed by Karlgeorg Hoefer, it was first cast by the Stempel foundry in 1965. VGC adopted it for phototypesetting around 1973.
