<p><cite>Dig a Dead Doll </cite>was published as Pyramid Books G560 in 1960. It’s the seventh novel in the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honey_West">Honey West</a> series created by the married couple Gloria and Forest Fickling, writing under the pseudonym G.G. Fickling. Cover art by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Maguire">Robert Maguire</a>. The yellow caps are from <a href="http://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/82065/filmotype-metro-and-portly"><strong>Filmotype Portly</strong></a>.
