The Quick Brown Fox

A phototypesetting company founded by Tony Mayers in Manchester in 1979. Later with offices in London, Edinburgh [catalog], and Altrincham [letterhead]. Declared insolvency in 1988 [legal notice]. Appears to have been affiliated with the Typeshop chain, see Brendel / Typeshop. Maintained a font creation department which at one point was headed by A. Pat Hickson and Paul Hickson.
