Established by Chester Jenkins and Tracy Jenkins around 2005. Together with Thirstype, the Village foundry was merged into Constellation in 2011. The Village name was continued for the font distribution cooperative that existed until Sep. 2023.

Not to be confused with the Village Letter Foundery by Frederic W. Goudy.
