Politiet – the National Danish Police – had no common identity before e-Types was awarded with the task of creating a new unifying design. Taking action to create a well-needed united expression, e-Types developed a new visual identity for the Danish Police that links past and future – preserving the Danish national coat of arms in a modernized, redrawn edition.

Essential to the task was to express the Danish unique approach to authority. Playtype designed a bespoke typeface named Politi as well as a logotype with an open P – as a creative translation of an accessible authority.

Merge Capital is an innovative business bringing together local residential knowledge with big investment smarts, walking the line between high finance and the creative arts to build better places. From the redevelopment of lots once neglected to the masterplanning of shopping centres, residential areas and mixed-use developments, Merge has a knack for finding the right opportunities to spark outcomes that enhance the local community. Clear’s partnership with Merge evolved out of the success of Five Horizons Developments. Working with the Merge team Clear defined the brand, created a unique identity and led a community engagement process. The name Merge immediately inspires notions of collaboration, of growth and agility. The brand identity was designed to be dynamic and always on the move.

Melbourne-based Clear used Everett overall in the Merge Capital branding. The responsive capital M is derived from the typeface and is used throughout Merge Capital’s website.

Moble is a product and interior design studio from Gliwice, Poland. Their identity is based on typography that gives the brand elegant purity and confidence. Suisse Int’l has been modified to capture the profile of the studio in a subtle but characteristic way. The letter o in the logotype was given a square counter, symbolizing the interior of a room and suggesting geometric accuracy and uncompromising design. A square dot completes the thought at the end of the word. The colours and textures create the impression of naturalness and are pleasant to receive, which is the domain of the studio’s designs.

CMS Technology is a food technology company founded by scientists, chemists, and engineers determined to create precise food protection. They needed a brand reboot to bring out the predictive and preventive aspect of what they do and how they solve problems (not to mention SEO issues).

Nothing about the chemistry, equipment, ownership or service model changed. Just the name, logo, visual identity, messaging, collateral and website. Our team developed a full brand program to reintroduce CMS Technology as Prevenio, the new standard in pathogen protection.

The brand wordmark uses Neue Haas Grotesk for its strong structure and because the distiguished, squared tittle of the i pairs well with geometry of the logo symbol, The Fresh Shield.

Proxima Nova is used as the brand font to represent the clear, objective voice of Prevenio’s scientific expertise. The clarity and direct qualities of the font are an integral part of the visual identity and messaging, presenting the the brand as scientific, industry leaders.

Anonymous Pro was chosen as a secondary font for its legibility and is used for descriptive information and eyebrows, much like you would see in the footnotes and margins of a technical manual.

Soundation Studio is an online free and high-quality music production tool developed by PowerFX, a Swedish company specialised in providing samples and loops. Soundation allows users to record, mix and share their music directly in their web browser.

Kurppa Hosk designed an experience that communicates the brand’s new ambitions: to facilitate musical creativity around the world. The design overhaul showcases a visual language that is consistent across all channels and touchpoints. Two interconnected rectangles in 45° angles signal precision and can be used separately throughout the identity. — Kurppa Hosk

The main typeface for the identity is Suisse Int’l. Suisse Int’l Mono, also from the Suisse family, is used on the studio software interface and sporadically on some other branding elements. Both collections are available from Swiss Typefaces.

Jernhusen is a state-owned real estate developer. Their mission is both to maintain the current buildings along the Swedish railway system and build new commercial properties. When you are both creating legacies and maintaining existing ones, there is great need for brand clarity throughout. Jernhusen needed a unified identity and a solid foundation to build upon going forward.
