Lesli Ink is a design studio located in Toronto and New York. On the studio’s portfolio website Caslon Graphique is used for headlines in large sizes, Harriet Display for subheadings and short, prominent text passages, Visby CF in all-caps for subheads, image annotations and short notes as well as Georgia for continuous text.

S Moda is a weekly trendsetting fashion magazine which supplements the Saturday edition of the Spanish newspaper El País. Its emphasis is on women’s fashion, interviews, design, travel, leisure, social trends and the world of beauty. S Moda is a joint venture between El País and Condé Nast, the publisher of Vogue, Vanity Fair and Glamour. S Moda was built around two Parachute typefaces, namely PF Encore Sans and the PF Regal type system which includes various families such as Text, Display, Finesse and Swash. A select set of these fonts are also used on the website as well as the iPad version of the magazine.

The credits at the AIGA Design Archives say “Hand lettering: John Pistilli”. This type appears to match Pistilli Roman which was first shown in 1964 but may not have been available until later.

A project that combines graphic design, typography, art direction and photography. The intention was to create a surreal world, with abrupt changes of scale and atícpicas situations, responding to the desire to reflect the architectural work of Starck.

The custom typeface is derived from Pistilli Roman.

A-Magasinet, a weekly magazine published by Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten, did recently undergo a total makeover. The magazine is designed and layouted with numerous styles of the Berlingske superfamily from Playtype.
