Juniper’s new visual identity, designed by forceMajeure, features the typefaces Syndicat Grotesk and Source Serif.

Juniper, a distinguished design and manufacturing studio renowned for its luxury lighting solutions, embarks on a transformative journey of evolving their brand identity. With a newly established NYC showroom and a cutting-edge factory in Connecticut, Juniper’s dedication to locally sourced materials and meticulous craftsmanship shines through each carefully crafted piece.

Branding and Illustration for Clay & Bean, a coffee shop in Woodford Bridge, London. More than coffee—it’s a space built by the REFAB Team with hand-crafted clay plaster walls, natural materials, and earthy tones. A hub for community, creativity, and sustainability, where high-quality origin coffee meets design rooted in nature. Every detail, from the benches to the counter, was made on-site. The name unites its essence: clay from clay plaster and craft, bean for coffee. The branding reflects these core values—authenticity, sustainability, and inspiration.

Beauty lies in the details – this was the case in the rebranding of an anti-aging clinic Dr Frankel's run by renowned specialists Dr Agnes Frankel and Dr Adam Szuścik. With a clear vision of the French-inspired aesthetic, we created a brand identity reflecting elegance and professionalism backed up by science. For the logotype we chose a caps-only headline typeface, LL Numberplate France, based on the official car registration plates of France – playing with the connotations of “unisex French charm”. The signet, being a turned monogram, can also be understood as “a key to beauty”. In addition, we created and supervised the production of a range of supplements enhancing balance and vitality.

New identity for the Austrian design studio Oya, using both STK Bureau Sans and STK Bureau Serif.

Oya creates outstanding ideas, products and experiences and connects the hearts of brands directly with the hearts of people. This is how the new name Oya—Studio for Brand Experiences and the clear and modern visual identity came to be. The branding is an expression of our simple and uncomplicated approach to companies and projects.

Founded in 2020 in Los Angeles, Piccalio first gained recognition for crafting beautiful wooden toys that combined high safety standards with elegant design. Over the past five years, the brand has expanded its core collection to include multifunctional furniture pieces for children – products designed not only to support development and play, but also to blend seamlessly into the family home.

The brand’s transformation has led to an inflection point, sparking a desire to evolve the visual landscape to reflect its growth and deepened sense of purpose. “In a sea of plastic kids’ products, our mission is clear: bring design and beauty back into the everyday,” said Aneta Kostic, Co-founder and Creative Director. “Children’s things don’t have to feel like clutter. They should be objects you’re proud to live with – backdrops to everyday memories, both big and small.”

At the heart of Piccalio’s brand refresh is a new logo and wordmark that strikes a balance between timelessness and playfulness. With the update, we wanted to connect to our brand guideposts of elegance and simplicity. The challenge was to keep some of the playful spirit of the original wordmark while also achieving a more polished look.

The new wordmark is based on a customized version of Rothek by Groteskly Yours. It is sharp, clean, and elegant, while maintaining the approachability and slightly playful quality of the brand's original mark.

Piccalio's new family of fonts balances elegance and warmth. Headlines are set in Kalice, customized for Piccalio by Claude Type. TWK Lausanne, with its organic idiosyncrasies, is the perfect pairing, adding a contemporary edge.

For the fourth anniversary of their CGI practice Contramateria, Rolando Luther hired Sabbath to create a new visual identity for the studio. The roll-out – mostly on Instagram – takes the shape of a series of 3D renders of imaginary objects featuring the identity, as a kind of mise en abyme where the communication about the identity and the identity itself are indistinguishable. Funnily enough, no clear logo can be distinguished.

It features NaN Serf Display Light as the main font carrying the identity, accompanied by NaN Metrify A Compressed Black and General Grotesque Mono Light in places. The sleek, sharp and geometric style of NaN Serf echoes the vert digital undertones of Contraforma's CGI renders. General Grotesque Mono is used for fictional UI elements, as a coding font with a twist.

ATELIER 7 is an interior architecture studio crafting objects and storytelling spaces, blending interiors, furniture, art, and accessories. Its visual identity was designed by Synonime, a creative studio led by Gosia Obara, specialising in graphic design, art direction, and web design.

The branding is set in Romie, designed by Margot Lévêque, paired with what appears to be Switzer by Jérémie Hornus, used mostly in all caps. The logo is made with Héctor Gatti’s Archivo.

“Selected Objects” uses Syaf Rizal’s Thesignature in all caps.

Bouquet creates flavor-forward infusions with the highest quality ingredients. Born from a love of flavor, and a disdain for the mundane, the name is inspired by the idea that things are better when paired together – taking a bouquet over a lonely flower any day.

With this ethos in mind, Walk A Thought composed a rich visual world built on unexpected pairings: a bold wordmark to dress the elegant name, a vibrant color palette to contrast the earthy tones of the syrup, and typography that ranges from elegant to scientific. A universe of expressive lettering and illustration brings out the unique characteristics of both brand and flavor.

For the packaging, the studio developed a flexible system that lets the character of each flavor shine without compromising consistency. The embossed logo, distinct color coding, and unique artwork help each bottle stand out on the shelf – while also making it easy to identify for baristas and mixologists in high-paced environments like cafés and bars.

To introduce Bouquet to the world, Walk A Thought designed a website that’s quick and easy to navigate, while still filled to the brim with tasty photography, expressive typography, and illustrative surprises.

Workshop develops unique custom furniture for the hospitality industry, creating memorable spaces for businesses across across three continents. They worked with Blok Design to create an identity system that is simple, dynamic, and playful.

From Blok Design:

We knew from the start we wanted something that spoke to the clients high level of design while also expressing a quirkiness that was reflective of the vibrant character of the clients themselves. It’s a reimagining/ twist on the very refined language typically seen in furniture design— still borrowing from it but developing a system that has room for play, experimentation and movement within.

To achieve this, Blok chose to use Forma DJR throughout the identity, which itself is a reimagining/twist on the very refined neo-grotesques that appear in furniture branding. It has all the sophistication we expect from the International Style, without ever feeling aloof or sterile.

The identity makes heavy use of Forma’s lowercase—Workshop’s logo and headlines are all set in the same Regular weight without any caps. The logo playfully replaces the first o with a pair of parenthesis, the gap between them dynamically widening to feature images and illustrations of the company’s products.

Midnight:AM is a creative agency based in NYC that “provides highly curated talent, recruitment and payment services”. The website, designed by Bruno Café and developed by Dima Kantalinsky, uses solely TWK Everett by Nolan Paparelli, with a modified A for the wordmark.

Jimmy Consulting is the consulting business of Hannah Pearson-Coats, located in Te Whanganui a Tara (Wellington), Aotearoa New Zealand. The website is designed by Hannah Pearson-Coats herself, and built by her partner Charles Munat. The typefaces Name Sans and Name Mono are used throughout the site, along with custom illustrations and lettering by Hannah.

seekicks is an experimental platform for innovation and entrepreneurship at the Weißensee School of Art. seekicks understands art and design as transformative practices that shape our world.

The design, editorial, and accessibility-optimization were made by studiokwi, who have been involved with the project from the beginning. The illustrations were created by Elisabeth Kitzerow and Kathrin Windhorst.

Belgium-based human design coach Soetkin Vervaet bundled the knowledge gained from her international educations, her work with clients and her own experience in this comprehensive and informative book. Het Fundament is Dutch for “the foundation” or “the basis”. The book contains everything her clients need to know to understand and apply the fundamentals of human design to their own life. Besides information on the fundamental principles, the 120-page book is packed with hands-on exercises and dedicated space for readers to write down their findings and experiences.

Sofia together with Mrs Eaves were used to convey this warm, human feeling while keeping great emphasis on readability. To stress the fundamental aspect of the book, Mencken Narrow was used for the cover.

Design of the catalog for the exhibition of Josef Albers. Colors in Play at Ludorff Gallery in Düsseldorf.

The exhibition showed a top-class selection of works by the German-American artist Josef Albers including the series Homage to the Square and Variant. The book design is inspired by Albers’ conceptual works Variants and Glenn Gould’s Goldberg Variations by Bach.

The typographic “touch” from Munken Sans, Cormorant and DM Mono Light harmoniously accompany the wide color spectrum of the works of Josef Albers.

The portfolio website of visual artist Carolina Saquel combines Scope with Work Sans. Scope is used for the logo, navigation elements and titles, while Work Sans is used for body text.
