SushiCo approached us with a request for a new visual identity as part of its brand revitalization initiative. The brand is undergoing a comprehensive renewal process, incorporating new architectural concepts and menu designs that convey a premium image capable of accommodating the new brand strategy. Additionally, SushiCo is expanding internationally and exploring new restaurant concepts.

For this project, Another Kind Studio wanted to craft an identity that felt fitting for a site with such a massive legacy. Situated on the grounds of what was once the largest brewery in the world, we designed a new pub brand for Ninety One to honour that heritage while carving out its own modern space on Brick Lane in East London.

From the deep greens and warm oranges to the period inspired typography, we designed the brand to live and breathe in physical spaces and feel totally at home in its surroundings. Labels for Behind This Wall’s newly launched CBD-infused botanical honey syrups.

Beztrosko, meaning “delightfully free,” is a special place for everyone looking for a great selection of alcohol-free beverages. We wanted the identity to clearly express joy and freedom – what conveys that better than a wildly running horse? That’s what we thought! Combined with an energetic color palette, a funky yet sophisticated font (nodding to Formagari), and a catchy slogan, we made sure that the brand would stand out in its category. We also prepared a stylistic social media communication guide – something that has become a standard part of our brand creation offer.

Andiamo is a neighbourhood bar and eatery in Herne Bay, a suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. They recently partnered with Studio 024 to reinvigorate a much-loved legacy brand, using AF Stelios by Abbr. Foundry as the main typeface, including for the wordmark. It is used together with Sharp Type’s Cordier Script.

The challenge was to modernise the identity while staying true to its history and local roots. The refresh introduces a new wordmark grounded in heritage and sophistication, alongside a refined palette of rich greens and buttery yellows. Together, these elements bring warmth, confidence, and renewed clarity to the brand. The result is a considered evolution, honouring Andiamo’s past while setting it up for its next chapter on Herne Bay’s main strip.

FAWA was a queer, solidarity-oriented venue in Paris combining a cultural center, community restaurant, and club. Developed as a collective initiative, it served as a shared living space where social engagement, culinary practices, and cultural events coexisted between 2023 and 2025.

The team of FAWA and edition.studio worked together to develop a visual language, using Phonk for a mural and the announcement of a mini-market.

Grato is a Spanish company with international reach specializing in natural wood solutions for residential, contract, and design spaces. With more than fifteen years of experience and a unique, artisanal manufacturing process, it has evolved its commitment to the nature of materials, innovation, and precision as unwavering principles.

Idearideas has accompanied them in defining their new global identity: a brand capable of growing and diversifying under the same visual, conceptual, and emotional language.

The fonts used are Ulrich Sans for the logo and display uses and af Albert Sans for secondary typography.

Mother Design created the new brand identity for Brooklyn Org, formerly known as Brooklyn Community Foundation, the first and only public foundation solely dedicated to Brooklyn’s charitable community. Community Gothic—a typeface created by Frere-Jones Type—was a perfect, serendipitously named fit for type, with its diverse styles and human qualities.

Inspired by the density of Brooklyn, the visual direction created by Mother Design, which worked on the project pro bono, pays homage to the close-knit, diverse community that makes up the borough and feeds its sense of ambition and confidence, both at an individual and collective level.

Brûlant is a new Parisian brasserie occupying a converted fire station in the 10th arrondissement. The design leans into the venue's history with an immersive monochromatic red scheme that creates dramatic impact through layered tones. A custom wordmark made by Arthur Alazard [based on Cortese Black, see the comments] features knife-sharp serifs and a refined circumflex accent, paired with Writer's lighter weights for the menu typography, with support from Switzer. The result is a cohesive system that balances raw intensity with sophisticated restraint, perfectly capturing the experience of dining in this transformed industrial space.

Mécénat.Studioo was commissioned to develop a complete new visual platform for the Mamzells brand—one that’s younger, even more colorful, and highlights the many uses of the product. A graphic platform directly inspired by the diverse ways potatoes are enjoyed, creating a bold and impactful identity.

The little pink bag of potatoes, now even pinker! With a tone-on-tone design that doesn’t go unnoticed and a new, even more vibrant accent color, Mamzells fully embraces its mission to spark a fresh wave in the potato category.

mezete, a Jordanian brand, cracked the code on transporting authentic Middle Eastern food globally—no refrigeration needed. After 20 years of perfecting the flavour, the founder had the taste just right. But the original packaging? It didn’t tell the same story. So we went straight to the source—immersing ourselves in the heart of downtown Amman (the capital of Jordan).

Our strategy was to make someone “taste the Middle East” by looking at the pack. The idea was to transfer the energy, busyness, vibrancy, and chaos of the souks (bazaars) of the Middle East onto the packs, rather than using the typical Middle Eastern patterns. The typography is expressive and draws inspiration from the way poems are written in Arabic.

The system was applied to 40 SKUs, with multilingual versions for Canada and other global nations. The product is now sold in 40 plus countries. This new branding has had a sparkled reaction worldwide, the most recent one being spotlighted by Forbes at Expo West 2025 in the Food & Beverage category.

Arsenica is supported by Neue Haas Unica. The Arabic typeface is yet unidentified.

Hachette has launched Food Lovers Travel, a collection of travel guides dedicated to the best culinary spots worldwide. Fagostudio designed the covers for the first six books: Rome, Seoul, Paris, London, Montreal, and Amsterdam.

The layouts were designed by Hachette. They use My Creative Land’s Roca​​​​​ for the title of this collection, with FinalSix by Type-Ø-Tones for the subtitle and Very Cool Studio’s Gooper for the yellow stickers. The illustrations feature type, too – see the captions for details.

The concept is based on illustrated facades representing these major cities, highlighting their culinary identities, architectural details, local specialties, and lifestyles. Food Lovers Travel aims to turn every trip into a culinary adventure by featuring the best places to eat, whether restaurants, markets, or speciality shops. Eating well is an essential part of the journey.

Yes, chef! Wedge taps into the bold personality of Mark Simonson’s Acme Gothic for Matheson Food Company, chef Matty Matheson’s line of pantry staples. The studio’s design matches Matheson’s unapologetically robust culinary style by pairing the industrial charm of a customized Acme Gothic with Aperçu Condensed from Colophon. Acme’s sturdy forms and punchy, no-nonsense presence add to the packaging feeling familiar and striking on the shelf. The result? A line of products that balances vintage influence with a modern edge.
