ABSTRKT is a collective of creatives from New York, founded by renowned Brooklyn based curator and designer, Ché Morales.

Together they work with artists, creators, and brands combining their skills to deliver projects that span curation and consultancy for large-scale murals & art installations, experimental design, and cultural events. Recent work includes ‘The Rapture’ with artist Michael Zelehoski, Shantell Martin and the New York City Ballet and ‘The Poetry of the Earth’ with Rachel Marks.

We worked with the team to create a new identity that focussed on the core idea of reconfiguration - that would represent ‘abstraction’ in the way it relates to the nature and variety of the work they produce.

The identity morphs and changes in a way that typifies their creative endeavors, whereby the ideas, clients, and approach is ever evolving. The work has been integrated into all their channels from website and press to internal and external communications.

Furora is a magazine/newspaper, designed as part of Publishing Studio, University of the Arts in Poznań, 2019. The text focuses on the topic of space: both as a feeling and as a subject of scientific and philosphical debate, with references to architecture and urban space. Featuring articles from Autoportret magazine (issues 2[41]2013 and 4[43]2013). Printed on 80g color xero papers.

For the typography Joanna Dyba used Object Sans and Grafier (Pangram Pangram)

The Current: New Wheels for the Post-Petrol Age explores this shift towards eco-friendly riding by profiling the pioneers in the field. Engineering and custom design, classic brands, and new projects, two or three wheelers but also cars: this book is the roadmap to driving now and driving differently. The future of mobility is electric – it could be our most thrilling ride yet!

Rimasùu realised a 6 books set retracing the collaboration between Fondation Bettencourt Schueller and Ensad Paris. It's a 5 years long story about sharing knowledge and skills, connecting curious students with French craftsmen, factories and senior designers. To celebrate craftsmanship, Rimasùu worked with Reliure Houdard Paris to create 60 unique boxes. Those leather and canvas boxes are handmade, 2 tones hot foiled, gifts for closes partners. It was a great occasion to explore materials and colors at a whole new level.

Suisse Int'l is part of the Suisse typeface and SangBleu OG Serif is part of the SangBleu OG typeface. Both are available from Swiss Typefaces.

Folch Studio:

Casting aside Fluvia’s corporate image and conveying a sense of contemporary elegance, elevated the brand by highlighting the unique identity of every product.

We proposed a synthesis in colour and shape, making the identity clearer and more contemporary. We changed the typography from Futura to Matter, a Displaay font chosen for its geometry and the amplitude of it’s typographic spaces, which allow the letters to breathe. The overall effect was to open up the typography and convey a warmer, friendlier look. In order not to complicate the transition the brand was going through, the final logo was in fact a compromise, maintaining a level consistency with the previous version.
