Brights Advisory is a strategy, management and operations consulting firm that implements their recommendations on the basis of their knowledge of people. Its brand identity, entirely set in GT America is based on a minimalistic approach with a typographic logo without any specific symbol.

Colombia 4.0 is Colombia’s largest digital culture and technology event. Siegenthaler & Co designed a new identity for the 2018 edition. The challenge then was to find a common thread that would connect an equally diverse audience with each of the disciplines and themes of the event. This is why we decided to celebrate the creativity behind technology. The identity reflected the tone and energy of the people behind the innovation, applying a palette of vivid colors and using the codes and symbols that are already part of the digital language. This approach was continued for the 2019 edition.

The typography uses Sharp Grotesk in all caps from several of its many widths and weights.

The FLEx Lighting website uses Founders Grotesk throughout.

FLEx Lighting and their website aim to solve big problems when it comes to using mobile devices in the field. Improving the battery life of our devices remains one of the tech industry’s biggest challenges, and the most inefficient draw on power comes from the display, more specifically, the backlight that illuminates most displays. On most devices the backlight is as powerful as a car headlight, and uses most of that energy fighting light sources it could be using.

The only screens that don’t fight the sun are ones with reflective displays. Displays that use Reflective LCDs and have a front light system (e.g., a FLEx system) can use sunlight or any ambient light in a room to illuminate the screen, and also have their own light for low-light conditions.

A leading technology company that focuses on innovations in the processing of fibre and yarn, Saurer is an icon of Swiss industry. MetaDesign Zürich created their new brand identity. To open a window to storytelling and enable bold, communicative statements, the designers at MetaDesign put the punctuation of Saurer’s logo’s centre stage in the new brand identity.

Their typeface of choice was Cera Pro. TypeMates created a more rounded texture by making Cera Pro’s alternate letters the defaults. A large full stop, accessible through shortcuts and unicode, gives Saurer’s communications extra emphasis.

Alleans Renewables is a global leader in the creation of renewable energy. They’re currently originating, developing, and financing, 10 GW of renewable energy infrastructure over the next five years (2020 - 2025) across primary investment-grade energy markets. With a pipeline of 6 GW already secured and over 500 MW under construction at any given time, they’re well on their way.

As Alleans business grew and evolved, they found themselves needing an identity that could communicate and support the scale and diversification within their business, while living up to their standards of brand excellence. With this in mind, we designed Alleans, a new visual identity system, and brand platform. The new work relies on a modern, minimal, and powerful symbol, timeless, contemporary typography, and a refined color palette. Holistically, these assets work to identify the business, communicate its aspirations, and help convey Alleans values across all of their brand touchpoints.

The Alleans wordmark is in Neue Haas Grotesk (NHG) Bold and utilizes the alternate R. Similarly, all of Alleans supporting brand collateral employs NHG, most often in a combination of regular and bold weights. NHG was selected for this project because of its timeless, ever-contemporary nuance, particularly its sturdy, horizontal terminals, stylistic alternates, case sensitive numerals, and extended character set. NHG is a near-perfect typographic embodiment of the Alleans Renewables brand.

Blackstone Valley Prep, a public charter school in Rhode Island, hired architecture and design firm Arrowstreet to create colorful and engaging graphics to cover the walls of the school.

The design’s treatment of color is similar to Paula Scher’s work for Achievement First Endeavor Middle School in New York, but is largely unique in its type treatment. Relying on a different drop-cap style initial for each section, the design is unified by the use of the school’s two standard typefaces, the sans-serif Gibson and the serif Tiempos.

The overall concept features P.R.I.D.E. (Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, and Enthusiasm); the school’s core set of principles. Oversized letters on colorful accent walls are paired with quotes chosen by members of the BVP community. Each letter is set in a different typeface to represent BVP’s diverse community of people and ideas. The graphics are strategically placed throughout the school to inspire and encourage staff and scholars each day.

The stencil E for Enthusiasm is custom or from an unidentified typeface.

The multiline R for Respect is similar to Quanten.

The P for Perseverance is likewise unidentified.

Website

The Omnes family is the typographic voice of the Australian Training Company. The approachable sans serif with the selective roundedness is used throughout the visual identity, in multiple styles: Omnes Regular was chosen for rendering the full name in the logo. Caps from the Black weight add authority to the company’s slogan, “Real people, real future”. On the website, Omnes additionally appears in SemiBold and Medium, for headlines and leads. It is paired with Roboto for text.

Established as not-for-profit company in 1994, ATC is “a leading provider of business solutions through the creation of education, employment and training opportunities.”
