Red gold and green

“Red, gold and green” as inspired by the flag of Ethiopia have a special meaning as Pan-African colors as used by the Rastafarian movement and many Pan-African organisations. Red stands for blood shed, gold for Africa’s wealth, and green for the Promised Land, i.e. Ethiopia. See also red yellow and green.
