The Saturday Quiz Time identity needed a brand toolkit like any good puzzle needs a manual. With a few key rules to guide us, the vibrant colours, instructional typography; Deacon (Central Type), Social Condensed (Dinamo) and communal experience all lends to an added warmth and comfort to the ritual of sitting down with the Quiz each Saturday.

NATURE. Now officially an artist!

Sometimes projects come along that we just can’t say no to. We are super proud and grateful to have been included in this amazing and massive collaborative non-profit project.

Sounds Right is a global music initiative calling for climate action and awareness. Introducing, for the first time, a way for NATURE to generate royalties from its own sounds to support its own conservation… Sounds right!

We created a variable typeface to be used as a distinct and expressive display typeface across all communication platforms. A bold flare serif with a variable height axes that aims to visualise the concept of sound.

We are beyond excited to see the work that AKQA came up with, and see the identity and typeface unfold from New York to Jakarta. Huge high five to all the partners and all the artists who decided to take part and make this project a reality.

Duolingo is an American educational technology company that produces learning apps and provides language certification.

Headlines use Feather Bold, a custom typeface designed by Krista Radoeva at Fontsmith as part of Duolingo’s new identity developed by Johnson Banks in 2019. The Duolingo app below uses DIN Next Rounded.

The wordmark uses Omnes Medium in CamelCase.

Omnes is the branding typeface of ResDiary, a reservation and online order system for restaurants.

In addition to the logotype, the sans serif by Darden Studio is used for the mobile consumer apps, the web and tablet apps for restaurateurs, as well as for all text on the B2B website.

The mobile app helps users to find local restaurants and book a table.

ResDiary offers simple grid and table plan views. All UI typography is rendered in Omnes.

The multilingual website directed at restaurant managers exclusively uses fonts from the Omnes family, including several weights and italic styles.

Vote.org uses technology to simplify political engagement, increase voter turnout, and strengthen American democracy.

The typography of Vote.org’s recent campaign combines HWT Artz (2014), Erik Spiekermann’s contemporary interpretation of German display types from the 1920s, with Merriweather Bold (2010), an open-source font by Eben Sorkin. The website uses Clear Sans (2013), another open-source font developed by Dan Rhatigan and George Ryan. The nonpartisan, nonprofit organization has used quite a number of fonts in their communication, some of which are shown here.

These digital Valentine’s day cards use Laura Worthington’s Voltage.

Payt — a service that provides automated debt management — has been a sponsor for football club FC Groningen since the company's launch a few years ago. After sponsoring stadium chairs and dugouts, Payt has become the club's principal sponsor since 2017.

Payt's logo is set in Underware's Auto, a humanist sans serif with italics in three styles, ranging from traditional to extravert. The tag line underneath Payt's logo is set in the most quiet italic style, Italic 1.

Note that the all around the upper edge of the stadium, the Payt logo is combined with tag lines (together behind the pride of the North, and We are Groningen) that seem to be set in Auto as well.
