A special loan from the Vatican Museums, this monumental, exquisitely rendered painting is in an unfinished state, providing viewers with extraordinary insights into the artist’s creative process.

For the communication of this exhibition, graphic designers Mortimer Lebigre and Ann Rieger used the typeface Le Beaune designed by Damien Gautier (205TF) and Garamond Premier Pro designed by Robert Slimbach (Adobe).

Chris Heins. License: All Rights Reserved.

Chris Heins. License: All Rights Reserved.

Chris Heins. License: All Rights Reserved.

This post was originally published at Fonts In Use
