<p>The album cover design and the sculptures featured therein were designed by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dino_Danelli">Dino Danelli</a> (b.<span class="nbsp">&nbsp;</span>1940), the drummer of the band. Aileen Winter is credited for the typography.</p>

<p>The band name and album title are both set in <a href="http://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/32764/Chwast%20Art%20Tone"><strong>Chwast Art Tone</strong></a> (c. 1966) by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seymour_Chwast">Seymour Chwast</a> (b.<span class="nbsp">&nbsp;</span>1931).</p>

The third album by rock band <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rascals">The Young Rascals</a> was released in July 1967 and peaked at #5 on the Billboard Top LPs charts. <span>For their next album, the band was renamed to The Rascals. </span><span>The album cover was designed by <a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/designers/4062/loring-eutemey" data-entity-code-id="4062" data-entity-code-type="Designer">Loring Eutemey</a>, following an idea by</span> the band’s drummer <a href="https://www.discogs.com/artist/501969-Dino-Danelli">Dino Danelli</a>, and featuring an i<span>llustration by</span> <a href="https://www.discogs.com/artist/2340305-Lynn-Rubin">Lynn Rubin</a>.</p>

<p>Two years earlier, Halloween had already be used on the cover of <a href="http://fontsinuse.com/uses/36372/the-lovin-spoonful-do-you-believe-in-magic-al">the debut album by The Lovin’ Spoonful</a>.</p>

<p>The note about the inclusion of the #1 hit <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_Lovin%27">“Good Lovin’”</a> is set in <strong><a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/7603/haas-inserat-grotesk-neue-aurora-viii" data-entity-code-id="7603" data-entity-code-type="TypeEntity">Haas Inserat-Grotesk / Neue Aurora VIII</a></strong>. It was initially added <a href="http://www.discogs.com/The-Young-Rascals-The-Young-Rascals-Including-Good-Lovin/release/2907903">in the form of a sticker</a>. For this later pinting, it was integrated into the cover.</p>
