The big type for “W6ND” is <strong><a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/20112/glamour" data-entity-code-id="20112" data-entity-code-type="TypeEntity">Glamour</a> Bold</strong> (c.1948). “Burlingame, California” at the top is in <a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/type_designers/4272/george-salter" data-entity-code-id="4272" data-entity-code-type="TypeDesigner">George Salter</a>’s <strong><a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/41866/flex" data-entity-code-id="41866" data-entity-code-type="TypeEntity">Flex</a></strong> (1937), and Lindsay’s name features <strong><a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/44728/keynote" data-entity-code-id="44728" data-entity-code-type="TypeEntity">Keynote</a></strong> (1933) by <a target="_self" class="entity-link" href="https://fontsinuse.com/type_designers/842/willard-t-sniffin" data-entity-code-id="842" data-entity-code-type="TypeDesigner">Willard T. Unlike Benton’s Piranesi Italic, it hasn’t been digitized yet. It documents a contact from 5 January 1979, but it could have conceivably been designed years, or even decades earlier.
