BII operates an incubator to accelerate world-class life science innovation that drives the development of new solutions by early-stage life science start-ups for the benefit of people and society.

Inspired by the everyday efforts and immense processes that lie behind every single scientific discovery, e-Types’ new brand identity for BII adopts the scientific process and uses it as a foundation for creative direction. Through a stringent grid based design system, BII’s story is translated from scientific process to process graphic, creating a tight, rhythmic structure throughout branded executions.

The typeface is Novo Apply Sans. The retail version is available from Playtype as Berlingske Sans Display.
