Alexander Brown Architects approached me about creating a visual identity, free from the constraints of current trends. Having a clearly defined vision for the firm, I went about reflecting the modernist principles represented in their architecture into their corporate branding. The end result was a modernist design that achieves an understated sophistication.

The site uses Adobe’s Source Sans Pro for readable and humanistic design.

Psychotherapy and psychological services in Warsaw is a counselling and psychotherapy center. It offers professional help for individuals, couples/marriages and families in English, Polish and Swedish. It was established in 2010 by psychotherapists Agnieszka Serafin and Mikołaj Czyż and is located in a quiet neighborhood in the very heart of Warsaw.

Freilager Zeitung was an urban design study and project of Marcel Meili, Markus Peter Architects for the Zurich free warehouse AG. It uses a beta version of Stanley, by Ludovic Balland, for the body text.

The publication in the form of a newspaper offers insights into the future free storage area. It discusses in photographs, models, drawings and texts, the basic conditions, the development and characteristics of the design plan and its integration into the existing environment.

A contemporary typographic interpretation of the classic Norwegian play Peer Gynt. 

Atreyu, by Greg Eckler, is a contemporary textura blackletter inspired by Gothic Illuminated Manuscripts of 14th century Germany. In the mid 19th century, when the play was written by Henrik Ibsen, blackletter was the dominant typographical style in Norway — the zeitgeist of the era. The textura stands in stark contrast to the contemporary geometric grotesque, LL Circular by Laurenz Brunner, not unlike the story of Peer Gynt itself.

The concept is based on the enormous ego of Peer Gynt, the main character. His ego is so big that it overshadows even the national icons Ibsen and Grieg. The size of Peer's ego is reflected in the size of the title which is too big to fit the material it's printed on.

Inspired by Stefan Sagmeister's project Things I Have Learned In My Life So Far and the many professional and personal experiences and turmoil in the first year since my graduation from the Zagreb School of Design I created a series of minimalist typographic posters illustrating the simple maxims and thoughts I had come to realise.
