Matthieu Poirier’s exhibition book Suspension was designed by Baldinger•Vu-Huu, using BVH Anto Rounded.

Suspension. A History of Abstract Hanging Sculpture 1918–2018 was an exhibition that presented more than 50 works related to this little-known sculptural genre, produced by 30 artists, including Duchamp, Calder, Neto and Antunes, of 15 different nationalities, across two exhibitions. Exceptional loans from institutions and collections around the world were presented at Olivier Malingue Gallery in London, and in the Palais d’Iéna in Paris, where an unprecedented dialogue was created between the works and the modern classicism of the monumental space, designed and built by architect Auguste Perret during the 1930s.

The bilingual book (English and French) was jointly published by Olivier Malingue and Éditions Skira.

This book about Houghton Hall makes full and detailed use of the Kingfisher typeface. Careful body copy setting is married with exquisite typographic detailing. Designed by Robert Dalrymple for Skira Rizzoli.

The catalog Au creux de la main, la médaille aux XIXe et XXe siècles, designed by Laure Afchain, Hugo Anglade, Thomas Petitjean and Sandra Valode, for the Musée d’Orsay and the Skira Flammarion editions. It is accompanied by an exhibition at the Bibliothèque nationale de France on the great revival of the French Medal.
