T. Guernsey Moore

Born 1874 in Germantown, PA as Thomas Guernsey Moore. Illustrator and lettering artist for Scribners Magazine and Saturday Evening Post whose “Colonial” style inspired Post Oldstyle Roman and many other typefaces in the early 1900s. Died 1925 in Phildelphia.
