The series is a spin-off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, for which Chase also designed the logo. The title sequence was designed by Regis B. Kimble. Promotional poster by an unknown designer.
Chase's logotype for the series is based on the uppercase of Bernhard Modern, with sections removed. This appears to have been expanded and made into a custom font for use in the title sequence of the series. The G featured in the title sequence differs slightly from that seen in the logotype, with an extended stake-like spur that descends below the baseline.
