Gangster Grotesk (in three upright weights) was commissioned by Fresh Fonts as an incentive for signing up for their newsletter.

Expanded to six weights plus italics, renamed Gangsta and released as a retail typeface by Pizza Typefaces in June 2023. Available as a variable font.
