were made for multi-color printing [1874 Page
specimen]. Chromatic Etruscan No. 1 was patented
by William H. Page on Aug. 9, 1870 [USPTO]. For Nos. 4
and 6 (undecorated), see Etruscan. No. 7 is like No. 5, but with the
fill pattern reversed. [1890
