Released in the early 1970s by phototype firm John N. Schaedler. A biline version was called Paprika. [Devroye] The Medium and Bold weights were also issued by Letraset in 1974.

SoftMaker issued a digitization of the family in 2010 with two weights (Regular and Bold) and Paprika as Tabasco Twin. There are various other poorly produced revivals.
