The 1993 PC game Monster Bash uses a number of fonts throughout the game. Most common is Cartoon 12 – which can be seen in the warning screen, the credits, as well as a screen advertising monsters available in the game’s sequels. There’s also a squished version of the font after completing a level. If you let the game run by itself, the letters “DEMO” appear in Rangers 18.

Pizza Worm

Developed by Finnish programmer Sami Lehtinen AKA Zorlim, Pizza Worm is a pizza-themed variation of the Snake game, released in 1994 for the DOS platform. Comix (see Cartoon 12) is used for the lettering on the counter of “Zorlim’s Pizza parlor”. The High Scores headline features another font that was available in DeluxePaint where it was named Tuxedo [a copy of Rangers 18, see comments]. Both fonts have been converted for contemporary use by codeman38.

Dark Ages

The 1991 PC game Dark Ages uses Black Chancery for the main logo and Comix (see Cartoon 12) for some of the credits/copyright information. The menu choices throughout the game are set in Naples (see Venice). The bold caps with small caps used for the developer’s names are from Tuxedo (see Rangers 18).

The 1999 arcade game, Puzzle Express More More Plus, consists of 20 different minigames. The title screen and the font on the menu all use Comix (see Cartoon 12).
