Folio Condensed

This entry covers the condensed and extra-condensed widths of Folio, which have been offered in five variants: Folio schmalfett (Bold Condensed, 1956), Folio schmalmager (Light Condensed, 1962), Folio schmalhalbfett (Medium Condensed, 1962), Folio eng (Bold Extra Condensed, 1964), and Folio-Kursiv schmalfett (Italic Bold Condensed, 1965). URW’s version of Folio appears to be the only digital incarnation of the family with all the Condensed and Extra Condensed styles. Forgotten Shapes has announced another revival as Folio FSL.
