First (?) shown in PLINC’s Alphabet Yearbook 1969, alongside the unskewed Calendar. One Line (1971) shows 4variants of Cenotaph; A (outline), B (solid shadow), C (solid face), D (all solid). Calendar is credited to Ed Benguiat, so it’s likely he made Cenotaph as well.
