From May to September 2024, the French commune Landerneau hosts the second edition of the Soñj festival.

Organised by French artist Virginie Barré, various European artists will present their installations and performances and independent curators will arrange a number of art shows. The festival identity was designed by Delhia Dondain and Tom Bücher. It uses Factor A by Ilya Naumoff with all sorts of stylistic alternates. On the festival website, Factor A is paired with DM Sans.

Feel Goods is a brand offering ”delicious drink mixes for an uplifted wellbeing”. The product range includes mixes for immunity and gut health, made from dried and powdered herbs and plants, without added sugar, dyes, or artificial ingredients.

The brand typeface is Factor A, which is used for most text on the packaging designs and the website, in Regular, Medium and Bold weights. The logo is based on Omnes, outlined and with an added rainbow-colored shadow. This combination is supplemented by a few other typefaces used for merchandise items.

Omnes is also used for some web graphics, as in this sale overlay.

Vicreu is a brand for gardening products like fence cutters, lawn mowers, and chainsaws.

Verd Vicreu (“Green Vicreu”) is their new grass formula. Together with Alda Studio who worked on the interior design, Alucina was tasked to promote this product on the opening day of Vicreu’s new premises in March 2022. Alucina prioritized working with sustainable materials and hence discarded any plastic in favor of cardboard tubes. The labels play with the absence of green in the color range. Each tube contains seeds for 1 m² of green grass. Produced in a limited edition of 300 units.

The typeface is Factor A, used in caps with some of its stylistic alternates. It’s combined with Futura.

Factor A is the brand typeface of Semrush. From the case presentation of Australia based design studio Shuka:

In 2008, Semrush was a small SEO tool with just a handful of users. Twelve years later, it evolved into a powerful platform that helps marketers all over the world grow their online visibility.

The new brand identity of Semrush visualized as an engine of your marketing, ignited by a spark — a mechanism always in motion. Identity is customized to make the communication for each product distinctive yet recognizable. The friendliness of brand is shown in a warm and informal tone and simple rounded shapes that accompany visuals.

Generative Gallery is an audio-visual project that explores the ways for digital art to go offline. Generative Gallery portfolio offers series of exhibitions, public talks and NFT drops. Most artists with whom the Generative Gallery works, speak about timeless problems using media that arrived in the past five years.

The task is similar to the one that Alexander Slobzheninov set himself while working on Grafier –  a typeface reinventing classic design in the digital age. The Generative Gallery website uses Grafier next to Factor A by Ilya Naumov –  a functional geometric sans serif typeface, although not without certain warmth which is achieved through its rounded forms. The project’s website was designed by Anna Nefiodkina.
