Is this the good old days vs. the bad new now? I wouldn’t want to read that into it – but the old sign is really much more beautiful than a badly typeset font. Without the context, some letters of the neon part (e.g., ‘E’ or ‘r’) may be hard to recognise.

The neon script lettering is custom made and not based on a typeface. “Conditorei” uses the “baseball style script” Brannboll Fet, an early design by Måns Grebäck, released in 2011 when he was 20 or 21 years old.
