Originated at Flinsch before 1900. [Reichardt 2011] According to other sources, both Römisch and the all-caps version, Römisch-Versalien, were issued after Jan 1, 1900. [Klimschs Jahrbuch] Shown with lowercase and Cyrillic as Римскіи. [1907 specimen] Römisch-Versalien was still being sold in 1926 by Bauer. [Wetzig 1926–40] The caps are similar to Edina’s.

Not to be confused with London Antiqua which Flinsch initially also named Römisch.
