Trafford provides cybersecurity solutions for the military, government institutions, and the largest corporations.

We extracted the true scale and stature of the brand, which had previously been invisible. We enriched its image with concealed elements, pointing to hidden threats from which the company effectively protects its clients.

The brand’s design system centers around the interplay between light and darkness, utilizing dynamic gradients that transition from deep shadows to illuminated areas—a direct metaphor for bringing hidden cyber threats into the light. This visual language reinforces Trafford’s core message that “Knowledge sees all” by creating atmospheric compositions where threats emerge from darkness only to be exposed by the vigilant eye of expertise.

Typography remains clean and authoritative, supporting the brand’s positioning as Poland’s leading cybersecurity expert. The iconic eye symbol, integrated seamlessly with the Trafford wordmark, serves as both a literal representation of surveillance and a symbolic guardian watching over digital environments.

The overall aesthetic successfully balances the serious nature of cybersecurity with approachable design, avoiding the typical aggressive red-and-black clichés often associated with the industry. Instead, Trafford’s visual identity suggests precision, intelligence, and proactive protection—qualities that resonate with both business and administrative clients who need to understand that feeling safe and being safe are fundamentally different concepts. The design system’s flexibility allows for adaptation across various contexts while maintaining the brand’s core promise that knowledge, not mere perception, provides true security.

For the exhibition Music Related Paintings by Berlin-based artist Klaus Decker, Burrow designed a poster, invitation postcards, and an accompanying exhibition catalog, showcasing Decker's recent series of works that explore the dynamic interplay between visual art and music.

We developed the visual identity and printed materials for the art exhibition Contemporary Myths and Artifacts, curated and initiated by Coulisse Gallery in collaboration with DOUBBLE. Held at Torsgatan 22, Gamla Gasverket, Stockholm, the exhibition featured a variety of artworks by different artists represented by five different art galleries.

The printed materials were set in the ES Face typeface, accompanied by Suisse Int’l.

Damaskuserlebnis (“Damascus experience”) is a student work made at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, presenting a collection of diverse contributions related to the country of Syria. Fifteen contributors offer insight into their very personal Syria between the years 1953 and 2022. The intention of this work is to sensitize our society to different cultural contexts in terms of integration and unbiased communication. It is intended to encourage people to become active, to profess values and to stand up for one another. I see my role as a designer as creating visibility, with the help of thoughtful design. Design that informs and collaborates with others to create a something new.

In the past, as today, people all over the world leave their homes behind in search of a new future. The numbers of people fleeing are constantly increasing and for this reason it is important to have an extraverted interaction with each other and to create spaces for common discourse. If we read something about Syria today: then mostly in connection with war, suffering and torture. From the stories of my grandparents and and other persons with a contribution in the book, I know that Syria was and still is much more. My grandfather, for example, described Syria as a colorful, open, joyful country with thousands of smells and sounds. A place of friendship and great hospitality, work and progress. My motivation for this work is also to show the positive sides of the Middle East. Nevertheless, it is of great importance to understand how it could come to the current situation in Syria.

The book was published in cooperation with the Lucia Verlag and Wortschatz. The price of the book is composed of the production costs and a donation which will go to the association Wortschatz – Netzwerk Welcome Weimar. This network is a language workshop, viewing itself as a dynamic low-threshold offer to improve one’s own language together and to learn from and with each other.

The Bachelor thesis was supervised by Junior-Prof. Stefanie Schwarz and Dipl.-Des. Stefan Guzy, Department of Visual Communication Faculty of Art and Design Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.

Damaskuserlebnis is a thread-sewn brochure with 104 pages, measuring 16.5×23.5×1 cm. It was digitally printed on 270 gsm Symbol Card and 120 gsm Lona Offset by DZA Druckerei zu Altenburg who also took care of the OTA binding. The book is available from do you read me?! Berlin. Magazine covers

The third printed issue of Outpump magazine was published five years after its inception as an online magazine. The print magazine counts issue 0 as its first issue. From designers Atto:

Outpump is a digital magazine born in 2016. It narrates the link between lifestyle and pop-culture, it tells about world of the sneakers, fashion, music and sport. It combines the power of the stories with a strong visual impact of the content.

The graphic design of this issue is coherent with the previous one: we combined a classic use of grids and typography and the desire to break the rules, the aim was to represent Outpump as its best.

We used pretty narrow margins and put some intentional mistakes. From Themerson's semantic poems we stole the constructions of the paragraphs and added a shining touch using the silver Pantone.
