This Romanisch was designed in-house at AG für Schriftgießerei und Maschinenbau in 1902, incl. small caps. Extended with halbfett (1909), Kursiv, Kursiv halbfett, schmal halbfett, and breit halbfett styles. [Wetzig 1926–40] Some of the bolder styles might be copies from other designs like De Vinne. Not to be confused with Schelter & Giesecke’s Romanisch.
“Hamburg” is just a sample text, not the name.
