[Dolman] Shown in A Book of Typefaces (1952) by British printer W.S. Cowell Ltd. as “photo-print fount” named Pickard Tuscan Decorated. There’s also a solid style, with alternate J. No lowercase or figures. The decorated style was also reproduced in The Studio Book of Alphabets (Studio Publications, 1953; A–Z). Phototype adaptations are shown by Photo-Lettering as Frontier (solid), labeled as derived from an existing typeface, [PLINC 1965] and by Lettergraphics as Boulder Ornate Caps and Boulder Solid Caps. [Lettergraphics 1970] Copied by Castcraft as Boxer Fancy and Boxer Solid. [Castcraft 1978] Both styles of Boulder were also shown by Solotype.
