heights, weights, italic angle, of Futura Demibold

The Demibold was revived by Patricia Cutler with art direction
by Michael Chave for Face Photosetting in c. 1977, with alternates
for ‘Ekrs’. [Modern
Publicity 1978] Adopted by Letraset, with (misleading) Bauer
credits.
