Design started in the late 1970s as a set of inscriptional capitals to be used for the signage of the Academy of Arts and Design, named Insignia. Publicized in 1983 in the Typografia magazine. Chosen in 1993 by Oldřich Kulhánek for the Czech bank notes. Revised and extended with a lowercase in 1999. Digitized by František Štorm and released in 2000 as Solpera. [Biľak]
