Clean Catch develops 100% biodegradable soft bait fishing lures for recreational fishing. Their mission is to reduce plastic waste in the water and protect future fish stocks all while maintaining durable, high-performance quality.

The geometric font Forza – the sans-serif cousin of Vitesse – was chosen for the wordmark to give the aesthetic a modern twist, enabling it to stand out amongst the more traditional-looking brands within the recreational fishing industry. The custom fish illustration and the colour palette were thoughtfully designed and paired to bring movement and personality to the logo while reinforcing Clean Catch as a high-performance fishing lure.

The website uses the Latin part of Assistant, a typeface designed as Hebrew companion for Source Sans.

The newest addition to Philadelphia’s Schulson Collective, Alpen Rose is an intimate steak restaurant that forgoes the macho trappings of the typical steakhouse. With a jewel-box-sized bar, tinkling chandeliers and romantic lighting, it’s not your typical porterhouse purveyor.

For a uniquely immersive experience, Mucca created a fictional world based on a female botanist from a bygone era who travels the globe in search of the elusive Alpen Rose. This world inspired details throughout the space that surprise and delight—from an index card cocktail menu to flowers frozen in ice cubes. A system of multiple logos in different styles suggest billheads collected from exotic locales, and a richly layered menu system recalls a collection of botanical research.

Alpen Rose logo variations, partially hand-lettered, partly type. In the top row, the first logo is based on Argent Octic; the second one is a modified version of Alloy Condensed, outlined with a thin dropshadow; and the third variant uses Plaak 4 34-Regular B. The middle row variations use ITC Tiffany, Barclay Outline, and Romana. The bottom row has a script and a monogram that both are custom drawn, while the last logo is set in Sackers Gothic with a manually added dropshadow.

Terpene Dream IPA/APA (@ 5.5% ABV) was launched by craft brewery Hops & Josh in Austin, Texas in early 2018. The label design is by DeRouen & Co. For the title, they used modified letterforms from Inland, with nested glyphs and custom swash extensions.

Inland was patented in 1895 by Carl Schraubstadter, Jr. from St. Louis, Missouri:

The leading features of my design consist in having light hair-lines and exceedingly heavy main lines, and in place of the ceriphs, which ordinarily extend in a horizontal direction at the top and bottom corners of the heavy vertical lines, I use a small wedge-shaped hair-line at the junction of the horizontal and vertical boundariesof these main lines […] Such parts of the letters as are ordinarily crescent-shaped, being convex on the outside of the letter and concave on the inside, have the outer contour of the usual shape, while the inner contour is a compound curve, giving the surface a tear-shaped appearance.

The Hops & Grain Brewing logo uses Hoefler & Co's Tungsten and Forza.

Driftwood from the beach, marked with the geographic coordinates of each discovery site and equipped with magnets. Mounted to the wall keys, knives, tools and other metallic items will stick to the wood. 

The geographic coordinates are burnt into the wood with a branding iron. Each magnetic driftwood board comes with a logbook which includes a photo of the driftwood at the discovery site.
