On the Bench is a destination branding and tourism campaign by Globizen, designed to position the Niagara Benchlands, “the Bench,” region as a leisure destination within Southern Ontario. Globizen will soon launch a design-forward hotel and residence collection as the Bench’s anchor destination.

Through a comprehensive strategy, Vanderbrand developed the brand and campaign identities for On the Bench. The campaign centres around a website and printed field guide which serve as regional resources, educating readers about “What’s On” the Bench. The campaign brings attention to an overlooked region of Ontario, encouraging tourism by highlighting the offerings of the area: food, wine, art, culture, and recreation.

Lagar is a production company based between Malaga and Madrid.

The identity of this Spanish creative duo was curated by Alex Velasco, a graphic designer and an art director living and working between Barcelona and Madrid.

For Lagar’s logo and typography, Velasco chose the Brass font (by Fantasia Type) associated with Burgess (by Colophon Foundry) and the monospaced Droulers by Bureau Brut.

Visual identity for Ramp, a new credit card company. The design is applied on the card, the website, the application, and videos. Lausanne and Burgess in use.

The Ramp wordmark is based on Lausanne, with some customizations.

Founded by CEO Christiane Lemieux and COO Britt Bunn, The Inside uses technologies like digital printing and 3D modeling to rethink the furniture-buying experience – customers can choose from a variety of furniture models and fabrics, then the company will make the furniture from scratch and deliver it within weeks.

The brand identity is based on a restricted range of colors and Burgess, the contemporary interpretation of Times by the London-based type foundry Colophon. It’s displayed for text and headings across the website. For all technical aspects of the furniture proposed by the company, Surt (Blaze Type) is used at small size in different weights. Last but not least, some sections like the Collaborations or the FAQ shows an elegant way to use Optima (Linotype) as a wordmark.
