Designed by Herman Ihlenburg and issued by MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan in 1891 as Columbian.
A phototype adaptation is shown by Solotype in Victorian Display Alphabets (Dover, 1976) as Glorietta.
Digital versions include OPTI Glorietta (Castcraft, 1990) and, most recommendable, P22 Victorian Swash (P22, 2000, used for the sample). Many other amateur digitizations incl. Goodfellow (Scriptorium, 1993), Burton’s Nightmare (SFL, 1993), Bluegum Forest (Postsadness, 1998), Trinigan (Fontgrube, 2002).
