A square, condensed sans with moderate contrast released by Headliners in the early 1960s. It was shown with five weights which were stretchable for custom widths. A 1977 catalog shows neo-Matterhorn 2 with various alternates (‘fjrty’, straight and upturned terminals). Peak (VGC, 1973) appears to be a copy.

Transfertech had a very similar design known as Swiss, but with an asymmetrical ‘A’ and Helvetica-style ‘a’. The Photoscript catalog from 1968 shows a related face named Matador, incl. an outlined style. The latter is listed in the index with the alias Valet. Lettergraphics (1976) shows a similar face named Alpine.
