Goodays (formerly Critizr) is the leading platform in Europe for customer interaction management. Founded in 2012, it set out with a clear mission: to reinvent the shopping experience for both retailers and their customers. Its belief is simple: every interaction matters. To achieve this, Goodays provides retailers with a solution that optimizes the customer experience on a daily basis and at scale. It helps build genuine connections with customers, while freeing up valuable time to focus on the performance indicators that truly drive impact.

As part of its marketing structuring and the streamlining of its communication materials, Goodays entrusted Palantis with the support, design, and deployment of its client-facing communication tools. Building on the branding work carried out by Verve, we developed a range of visual assets that are coherent, accessible, and streamlined.

We also created user guides tailored for project managers, along with clear and pedagogical infographics to help quickly understand, visualize, and interpret the key data provided in the marketing team’s monthly reports. Finally, we designed a newsletter kit, developed on Postcards and synchronized with Hubspot, to strengthen consistency and effectiveness across communications.

In printed materials, text is rendered in Aleo and IBM Plex Sans; on the Goodays website, text is set in the brand font Produkt, supported by IBM Plex Sans for smaller texts. The font for the logo (designed by Verve) is yet to be identified.

For over 50 years, Queens, NY-based Reality House, Inc. has been offering person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-based programs to individuals and families with addiction and related challenges.

Reality House knows addiction impacts many areas of a person’s life. By offering a rehabilitative residential program with a robust outpatient program and many complementary services, they create a continuum of care that respects the entire person and addresses more than their addiction.

In response to the growing need, Reality House has set the goal of expanding their outpatient program and, to this end, acquiring a second location. The organization must raise awareness of their comprehensive, state-of-the-art, accredited services, yet their website and collateral do not adequately convey the skill and empathy with which their diverse and dedicated staff provides life-changing guidance and support.

We set out to refresh the Reality House brand to distinguish it in the community as a destination service provider. We updated the look by synthesizing three low-resolution logo variations into a crisp logo that clearly conveys the brand. We introduced a vibrant color palette and fonts to better reflect the optimism, energy and empathy that permeates Reality House services.

For privacy reasons, stock photography was used, yet the imagery is warm and reflective of the diversity of both the client base and the professionals with whom they work.

With this refreshed brand, we designed an engaging, easy-to-manage website that features client testimonials, an event calendar, photo albums and an ever-expanding list of service providers with whom Reality House partners for success. We updated the organization’s stationery and designed an educational brochure that rounded out the brand refresh, positioning Reality House as a vital support to individuals and families striving to break free of addiction.

Half Hitch Gin uses Jubilat as the display typeface on the website.

Having completed a rebrand with Jones Knowles Ritchie, the London distillery launched a new website developed by Noughts & Ones. Jubilat Medium is specified for headings. The firm slab serif by Darden Studio is used exclusively in center-aligned all caps, underpinning the brand values of tradition and exclusiveness. Jubilat is paired with Alessio Laiso’s Aleo, another slab serif with larger apertures and more dynamic forms geared for smaller text.

Button elements are rendered in caps from Jubilat’s Regular weight.

The typography is combined with photographic impressions from the distillery’s location in the former warehouse vaults of Camden Lock, London.

Red Ventures is a marketing company incorporated in the State of South Carolina. The company acquires customers for brands in the home services, financial services, and healthcare industries.

The logo uses Rockwell Bold. It’s substituted by the similar Aleo for their website. Aleo is paired with Helvetica. Proxima Nova serves for the new careers portion of the website.

For the logo WebActiv chose the typeface Koloss. For the website copy we aimed to keep it within a serif and sans superfamily and decided upon the opensource font Aleo, a contemporary typeface designed by Alessio Laiso, paired with the sans serif companion Lato by Łukasz Dziedzic.
