Initially named B-Antiqua, after designer Hans Bohn. Released by Stempel in seven styles between 1936 and 1939, including Hohe Mondial, a version of Schmalfette Mondial with longer caps and ascenders. Comes with alternates for ‘K’/‘k’. Also cast by Funtimod [Reichardt 2011]. Olza by Idźkowski (later known as Nysa) is very similar. Xilografia Italiana had a wood type adaptation of the halbfett as Bergamo.

Lukas Schneider’s digital revival (Revolver Type Foundry, 2017) comes in two optical sizes, Mondial Display (five weights plus italics) and Mondial Text (four weights plus italics).
