First released in 1964 by Letraset, S3747 is a Hebrew companion for the Latin Microgramma / Eurostile (Bold Extended). The letterforms appears to be based on a corresponding design by a Tel Aviv manufacturer of plastic typefaces for poster printing. A sheet of dry-transfer letters mentions “Copyright by Art and Industry — L. Osheroff”. In 1964, Leo and Tamar Osheroff founded “Arta”, a company for the distribution of office and artist supplies with shops in Tel Aviv and Haifa. [Philipp Messner] No known digitization.
