JEUSWORKS is a production group that plans and produces diverse content for domestic and international broadcasters, music, OTT platforms, and live performances.

Hour Minute Seconds has designed a website that effectively captures JEUSWORKS’ brand identity and vision. The website features an intuitive UI that allows users to explore program information effortlessly, along with a content-driven information structure that effectively showcases the portfolio. Additionally, a CMS has been implemented to enhance operational efficiency, making content uploads and management simple and convenient.

Launched as a clean, vegan, and cruelty-free makeup brand, Sugarplum is made for the bold and expressive Gen Z. It’s more than just makeup; it’s a statement of self-expression. Sugarplum empowers you to feel confidently beautiful and uniquely yourself.

Founded by Chang Makeup, a pioneering Vietnamese beauty influencer, Sugarplum thrives on creativity and care. It’s not only designed for you but also for making an impression—whether it’s to make your ex regret, catch your crush’s eye, or earn admiration from your followers.

The brand’s distinctive strategy includes a bold logotype that stretches across the lipstick body, making it stand out on a makeup table or in your purse. The logo, inspired by various lipstick shapes, features a cute, organic heart symbol that resonates with Gen Z.

In collaboration with Dinamo, we developed a custom typeface—Sugar Ginto Nord Black—infused with details that mirror the lipstick’s iconic shape.

Sugarplum’s brand voice is fresh, trendy, and always in tune with the latest social media culture. Every piece of content is crafted with playful, relatable wordplay, ensuring it connects authentically with its audience. Our art direction centers on realness, featuring genuine images from customers, reinforcing trust and loyalty to the brand.

Wrrsztat is an automotive repair shop based in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland. In Polish, a car repair shop is called “warsztat” – similar to a garage or workshop. Brand name, WRRSZTAT is a neoogism which adds a vroom sound (an onomatopoeia representing the sound of an engine revving up).

The logotype uses visually rising letters that imitate rising sound of an engine. Chosen typography fits well with the automotive theme familiar to racing, suggesting the repair shop’s quality. The entire visual identity is set in ABC Ginto Nord.

Hercule Studio is a French premium brand dedicated to original designer sporting goods. Driven by a shared passion for well-being and design, they set out to revolutionize the sports world by prioritizing emotion and aesthetics over mere functionality. Their “Exercise Beautifully” philosophy combines design, creativity, and expert craftsmanship, ensuring each product re-enchants the workout experience.

The identity uses an H composed in the BBWB (Boogie Brut Wild) typeface and a wordmark in ABC Ginto Nord. Grand Slang is used for headlines and Ginto Nord for body copy. Based on the myth of the twelve Labors of Hercules, we imagined eleven variations of the H emblem, symbolizing different areas of expression and research for the brand: creativity, aestheticism, timelessness, know-how, sensoriality, durability, desirability, design, well-being, energy, rigor and collective spirit. They are used to design patterns for the textile design of the mattresses.

Bioburger is more than just a fast-food chain; it’s a 100% organic burger joint experience. Founded in 2011 in Paris by two school friends, Anthony & Louis, Bioburger made history by becoming the first 100% organic certified fast-food in France and proudly boasts 21 restaurants across the country.

The previous visual identity, though embracing some organic brand values, fell short of fully conveying the deliciousness of the offering, nor the commitment behind the recipes or the choices of suppliers. The reality of the offer was not clear to the consumer, and the presence in mind of the brand was too weak.

Our goal was crystal clear: Bioburger needed a new, impactful visual identity that brings in tastiness, coolness, and desirability to position itself as the committed fast-food of tomorrow.

The result of a year-long collaboration with the fantastic team at Bioburger, is a bold, mouthwatering, and joyful logo. A vibrant new orange color complements the traditional dark green hue. A significant and contemporary typography (ABC Ginto Nord by Dinamo) enhances catchy headlines.

The tone of voice is simple, direct and playful, reflecting the state of mind of the brand. Lastly, this rebranding is accompanied by a new artistic direction, embodied, sincere, lively, to create proximity with consumers.

With this new visual identity, Bioburger is taking a significant step, in line with its core values, to pursue its mission: to involve the burger generation and their children in the societal transition around a product loved by all – the burger.

Les Burgers de Colette is a hamburger restaurant franchise that emerged in 2019 in the city of Bordeaux, France. To revamp its identity, Studio OUAM took on the project, breathing life into a complete renovation. This involved the creation of innovative graphic elements, ranging from new typefaces to captivating illustrations. Furthermore, they worked on an updated menu and a graphic style that exudes a cozier and more familiar atmosphere.

On their portfolio website, the creative studio describes the new proposition as follows:

Colette's burgers is the story of a family at heart. A family united around your favorite Auntie, Colette, who is madly in love with burgers, good products and simple pleasures.

The typography features four different typeface families. For headlines, Ginto Nord Ultra Condensed (Dinamo), Gig Thin (Franziska Weitgruber), and Rosso Alt Regular (W Foundry) are used. Beatrice Regular (Sharp Type) complements them for body text.

13 designers, whose styles could not be more different and some of whom did not even know each other, have come together in this special project to create a calendar together. The result is not only a monthly calendar, but also a network between artists and designers, which will hopefully continue to grow.

The entire profit will be donated to the initiative Seebrücke, a political movement that supports a social migration policy, freedom of movement, and sea rescue.

The Community Service Calendar 2023 was printed in violet with a Risograph, in an edition of 250 copies. It measures approximately a DIN A4 format (open).

When the street is indoors

On every city exists a dark alley ruled by crazyness. Bonker Bao is a culinary approach to a Shinjuku alley, where the Bao is a blank canvas waiting to be filled with recipes that are pure fire, beyond tradition, and where flavours is the only thing that matters.

The sensation is of walking in, is the sensation of being in the street, where the best things in the city happen.

The visual identity mainly uses ABC Ginto Nord in its Black Italic style, supported by Suisse Int’l Mono. The Japanese words are rendered in Hiragino Kaku Gothic.

Poster for the revolutionary May Day demonstration that will that place on May 1, 2022 – the International Workers’ Day – in Bern, Switzerland. While “1. Mai” is set in extralarge red caps from ABC Ginto Nord, the slogans “Raus aus der Krise (“Get out of the crisis”) and “Solidarisch gegen den Kapitalismus” (“In solidarity against capitalism”) and all smaller text uses Suisse Int’l.

I was called in to help with a brand identity for a bold café concept that BBO Creative agency and the café owners had planned. We were asked for an edgy idea to suit the curious, art and fashion-oriented crowd of Helsinki’s city center – and mind you, all this was done & out in few weeks.

Together with Gasm Chefs Sara La Fountain, Petteri Luoto and Ossi Paloneva, we created a menu where every fork- and spoonful is designed to deliver. Not losing a single day, we matched the concept with a bold and distinctive, yet elegant brand identity that communicates the main goodies of Gasm’s offering – easily available, modern and delicious tastes made from vibrant, mostly local ingredients - Irresistible and joyful mouthfuls all-day.

From flirty & joyful copywriting, distinctive visuals and beautiful brand photography, Gasm is now the perfect eye-catcher and complement to Kämp Galleria’s new design & art offering – offering tasty breakfast, lunch and afters treats every day of the week. Check out the cafe website.

Neue Helvetica is used as the backbone font for this project throughout the website and emails. This font was chosen because every computer, no matter what age, can render and read the font.

Mrs Sheppards and ABC Ginto Nord are used strictly for the logotype. Ginto Nord is the perfect bold type to give that extra punch to the identity, while Mrs Sheppards brings the ideal ‘lazy’ element and graphical detail.

The primary color for this project is orange; however, when Playoffs are active, the color scheme changes to a ‘Playoff Blue.’ And in the NBA Finals, the color scheme transforms, yet again, into a ‘Championship Yellow.’

L’ADN Tendances (“Trends”) is an annual magazine that reports on innovation, trends and anticipations. Art direction and editorial design of L’ADN Tendances and N°21 by Violaine & Jérémy. Cover artwork by Daniel Schweizer, set design by Jonathan Bréchignac.

The L'ADN logotype is set in Cako Black. The magazine layout uses Cako, (modified) Druk Condensed, ABC Ginto Nord Black, and GT Pressura Mono for headlines. Body text is set in Stanley and Kobe, with highlights in Canela.

Pineapple Collaborative is on a mission to connect and celebrate women who love food. They believe that sharing knowledge, supporting each other and coming together for a meal is the best way to create community. This sentiment lies at the heart of their new line of pantry staples featuring their first women-made olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

We started this project by looking at Pineapple Collaborative’s primarily online brand to understand how we would bring it to life through physical packaging. We explored a lively colour palette and provided naming and messaging options before landing on “The Olive Oil and The ACV” which are brought to life through playful typography on a relatively formal grid.

To create a sense of nostalgia for the recyclable olive oil pack we worked with a traditional tin maker. For the ACV, we landed on this unique glass silhouette with a tactile wood & cork top. The Olive Oil is produced in three contemporary colours so you can choose which one best compliments your kitchen.

The primary typeface chosen for the project is Viksjø by Monokrom, used with a customized V. It is paired with ABC Ginto Nord by Dinamo and Bell by Monotype.

The female founders of Pineapple Collaborative take pride in their highly engaged female following, and they’re proud to be working directly with women producers & growers, so we called this out on the back.

Private Lives Public Spaces, intimately highlights home movies and amateur films from MoMA’s collection. The words “Private Lives” vibrate in blue, like TV static, while “Public Spaces” is set in a semi-transparent frosted vinyl. By placing the two lines on opposite sides of the window, there is a subtle sense of dimensionality between them, highlighting the dichotomy between ‘private’ and ‘public’ spaces.

The exhibition was produced by the MoMA Design Studio, using ABC Ginto Nord and MoMA Sans for all typography.

Culposa is a new brand of authentic pulque from the Mexican countryside. We combined bold typography – Nostra Sett and Ginto Nord – with a simple illustrated background, in order to create a label with more personality.

Pop paired with formal stringency – our redesign for the website of the German art magazine Monopol presents new features and a distinct design that combines clarity and playfulness. The main typeface is Seb McLauchlan’s ABC Ginto Nord (Dinamo, 2018). The wide sans is used in several of its sixteen styles. Featured in a supporting role is the serif Suisse Works (Swiss Typefaces, 2015).

The work of Brazilian painter and collage artist Beatriz Milhazes treads a fine line between the cerebral (and occasionally even visually austere) impulses of modernism, and the untutored, celebratory, colour-saturated excess of folk art as it spills in the direction of carnival. This new show, the first in London for a decade, brings together paintings, collage, sculpture, and a giant tapestry, 16m across, made at the Aubusson factory in France. — The Independent
