A revival of Bona, a cursive text typeface originally designed in 1971 by Andrzej Heidrich [bonanova.wtf] and cast in 1977 by Odlewnia [Reichardt 2011]. Designed by Mateusz Machalski together with Heidrich, Leszek Bielski, Ania Wieluńska, and Michał Jarociński. The digital version adds regular and bold styles, accompanied by three high-contrast display cuts (Bona Title) and three open/inline styles (Bona Sforza). The three core styles are distributed under a free license.
